Again we haven't had an update in a while. Here's what we have been up to.

On the 22nd of February we held a special investiture in honour of Ardlea's 30th Birthday. There was even a birthday cake!

A big well done to Paul for organising the day. It was a great success.

The Celebration in honour of Ardlea's 30th Birthday was held on the 21st of February and was a great night.

Well done to everyone who helped out with the preparations, especially those who worked so hard to get all of the spot prizes for the raffle.

But a very special well done to Sinead who put a lot of work into ensuring that the night was the big success that it was.

On the 21st of February Ardlea will be 30 years old. To mark the occasion we are throwing Ardlea a birthday party. There will be music, food and a raffle and tickets are €25 each. For more information, or for tickets, you can email us at group@160thardlea.com.

After much wondering we have finally found out that the Group was established on the 21st of February 1979 (well done Carly). Which means that our 30th Birthday is a little over a year away.

So I have added a countdown timer to the main page on the top right which gives the number of days until our 30th.

Hopefully this will mean that we keep it in mind, and maybe even organise something for it! Hint, hint!
